Hopewell School Basin Retrofit

The Project consists of improvements to an existing stormwater BMP in Hopewell Township that will increase detention time and improve quality of water to the watershed. The base bid includes E&S controls, clearing and grubbing, demolition, grading work to increase berm height, replacement of existing rip rap aprons, replacement of existing emergency spillway, outlet structure replacement, outflow pipe replacement, water quality improvements, seeding, and new fence. Bid security in the form a Certified Check or Bid Bond shall be furnished with the bid in an amount not less than 10%. Question Deadline 11/02/2023 at 4:00 PM ET questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to submitted via electro Hopewell Township reserves the right to waive any defects, errors, omissions, mistakes, informalities, to accept any bid or combination of bids that are deemed to be in the best interest of Hopewell Township and to reject any or all proposals. The estimated cost for this project is greater than Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($25,000) and the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act shall apply.
