D/B - Together We Play - Accessible Playground Project

The Project consists of two parts: (1) design of playground equipment, and (2) furnishing and installation of new playground equipment, fixtures and surface materials. All questions shall be directed to Wayne Aldrich at waldrich@f-w.com and received no later than May 19, 2022 at 5:00pm. All questions shall be promptly answered by issuing addenda. Proposers must be experienced in the design and installation of playground equipment of the type identified in the Project Documents. Compliance with the Employment of Illinois Workers on Public Works Act (30 ILCS 570/0.01 et seq.) and the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/0.01 et seq.) will be required for this Contract. The Village of Peoria Heights reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or to waive any informalities in proposals, should the Village of Peoria Heights deem it to be in the public interest to do so. This selection will be based on the Best Value to the Village and its partners. Proposals will be selected not only by price, but also by thoroughness of proposal, timeline, quality of service, past experience with installation of the same products, quality of equipment, services offered and warranties, as judged solely by the Village of Peoria Heights.
