Construction Services Minor Projects (CSMP) - Roofing Carve-out

This bid aims to pre-position contracts for open-end minor construction services, as needed, when needed, in response to the District needs, and award multiple term contracts for construction services for minor projects specifically designated to perform roof carvel-out projects. The scope of work includes the removal of existing roof systems and their associated components in their entireties, including but not limited to the membrane, insulation, drip edge, nailers, copings, scuppers, and deck vents. Repair and replace the lightweight concrete and metal deck if applicable and where necessary. The installation of a new Roofing Systems to be executed in compliance with the various applicable code compliance and BCPS design standards. The scope also includes the upgrade and replacement of rooftop HVAC equipment and associated electrical, and plumbing work as needed to ensure all relevant inspections pass and a final is granted by the Building Department.
