Description

Work is to replace the existing Siemens Voice Fire Alarm Systems in all buildings on campus with a new fully addressable digital voice system with mass notification capabilities. The existing Siemens MXL/XLS systems will remain for detection only. The new networked fire alarm systems will operate the notification voice communications throughout the campus only at this time. The new fire alarm systems shall utilize existing spare fiber optic cables located in the existing fiber patch panels.
