Contractor will be required to provide the city 48-hour notice before pouring. The City reserves the right to make an award based on overall low or based on individual pads, which ever is in the best interest of the City. The right is reserved to cancel this Request for Quotation or to accept or reject any or all quotes, and to waive any informality or technicality in any quote, in the interest of Riverton City.
