Description

Anderson School District Three is seeking to purchase HVAC units to be used at Iva Elementary School. Anderson School District 3 is seeking to purchase seven (7) HVAC units to be used at Iva Elementary School. Iva Elementary School is located at 803 Antreville Hwy, Iva, SC 29655. Specifications for related equipment and required accessories may be found in Appendix A. Selection of vendor and related equipment will be based upon pricing, K-12 references, and lead time on delivery of equipment. The general intent of this RFP is to permit the District to order equipment to ensure timely delivery in order to meet scheduling needs. District requires delivery to occur by the end of May 2023. An RFP will be issued at a later date for the installation of equipment that is being selected in this RFP. Please fully complete the two (2) page bid form below. Pricing information is to reflect any associated delivery costs and 7% sales tax. Failure to complete all sections may result in disqualification.
