Due to the historical significance, work performed on this structure shall follow the Secretary of Interior’s Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties This project involves the preparation and paint application for wood surfaces only (and 1 metal door). The exterior siding on all elevations as well as the facia, soffit (including all decorative details), porch railings and columns, window frames and grid muntins, and both sides of all exterior doors and jams, are included in this project. |
