Description

SCOPE OF WORK Limited interior demolition and renovation of existing space on the ground, first and second floors of the existing Student Health Building. The scope of work includes demolition of existing walls, doors and ceiling areas, existing window HVAC units and replacement with new window HVAC units, new flooring and ceiling, new walls to create new exam rooms and two private use toilet rooms. The scope of work includes new construction and floor protection for existing flooring to remain in the limits of construction but are not a part of the scope of work. The area of renovation is approximately 480 square feet on the Ground Floor, 2,721 square feet on the First Floor and 2,728 square feet on the Second Floor.
