Sanitary Sewer Cleaning and Televising

The Work to be performed for the Sanitary Sewer Cleaning and Televising Project includes the light cleaning and television inspection of approximately 3,665 LF of 20" sanitary sewer main through existing right of ways. There are sections of this 20" sanitary sewer main that will require heavy cleaning, however the extent of the heavy cleaning is not known and is estimated to be approximately 2,000 lf. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 12/16/2022 4:00 PM Each Proposal for the Project shall be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form provided by the Contract Documents, drawn to the order of the Womelsdorf Sewer Authority, and in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the extended Bid Amount, as a guarantee that if the Proposal is accepted, a Contract will be entered into and the performance thereby properly secured. Addenda, if any, will be issued through electronically . The Womelsdorf Sewer Authority, Owner hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to refuse and reject any or all bids submitted, to waive any informality in bids received, and to accept the Bid, which is in the best interest of the Authority, consistent with the laws affecting municipal contract awards.
