| Description | Bids are for the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the construction of that certain project designated as "Traffic Signal Improvements". Bids are for all labor and materials required to construct three (3) new traffic signals. This project general includes installation of traffic signal equipment, including signal poles, mast arms, controllers and cabinets, signal heads, electrical equipment, etc. as required to provide three new traffic signals at Church and Tchulahoma intersection, Airways and Guthrie intersection, and Swinnea and Stateline intersection. The total Contract Time will be 365 consecutive calendar days and the liquidated damages will be $200.00 per consecutive calendar day thereafter. The City of Southaven reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any information and irregularities therein, solicit new bids, award the bid to the lowest and best bidder. |
