The main features of the work to be done under the Contract, in accordance with the Contract Documents shall include, but not be limited to the following: The work to be done under the Contract, in accordance with the Contract Documents, consists of performing, installing, furnishing, and supplying all materials, equipment, labor, and incidentals necessary or convenient for the construction of Project Number 23603, titled Imaging Optimization and carry out all of the duties and obligations imposed upon the Contractor by the Contract Documents. To create three new radiology suites (CT/Ultrasound, RF Core, Nuclear Medicine) replacing end-of-life equipment and providing more efficient departmental flow. The project consists of adding modalities and reconfiguring existing modalities while centralizing operations. The project will also reconfigure existing MEPs to support the new suites and renovate all finishes.
