| Description | The scope of work for the Base Bid includes modifications to several site elements. Modifications include replacement of sidewalks that are non-ADA compliant. These modifications will require the removal of the existing sections of sidewalks that are not compliant and placement of new concrete sidewalks to meet the requirements of ADA. There are pavement modifications to allow for ADA parking. These modifications will require the removal of existing pavement section to be replaced with new asphalt pavement as noted on the drawings. ADA parking will be required to have access aisles and pavement markings. Additionally, there will be ADA parking signage.
