Description | The Department of the Veterans Affairs, NCO-15, intends to award a Construction Contract for Project 547A4-20-157, Modernize Kitchen & Morgue at Harry S Truman VA Medical Center, Columbia, MO 65201. The NAICS Code for this project is 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. The size standard is $39.5 million. Estimate of construction magnitude for this project is between $2 Million to $5 Million. This project is being solicited as a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set aside. Proposals received in response to this solicitation will be evaluated in accordance with the procedures outlined in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.101-1, Best Value -Tradeoff source selection process.
