Description Remove three (3) existing boilers, pumps, valves, strainers and appurtenances. Provide six (6) new boilers with new pumps, valves, strainers and appurtenances on a new 6” high concrete pads. Provide new gas line valves, etc. and new boiler flue condensation neutralizer per the boiler manufacturer’s requirements. Provide new boiler water fill assembly, remove the existing floor drains and provide new floor drains. Remove existing trench drain and infill opening with concrete to match adjacent existing surface conditions. Provide new combustion air intake to each boiler per the manufacturer’s requirements piped through the adjacent exterior wall. Provide six (6) new stainless-steel boiler flues up through the existing roof deck and TPO roof system. Provide TPO roof penetrations per the existing roof system manufacturer’s requirements. All work associated with the TPO roof system shall be completed per manufacturers specifications to maintain the existing roof warranty. Provide new exterior concrete landing, steps and handrail. Replace portions of existing concrete slab adjacent to proposed new stair. Restore all grades, lawns, sidewalks, curbing and pavement to pre-construction condition at each location. Dispose of material according to state and local code and Section 01524 – Construction Waste Management
