Weld County will award the bid to the reseller/vendor with the best offering deemed most advantageous to the County, price/cost being the primary consideration. The determination of whether the bid is acceptable and meets the minimum requirements of the solicitation is solely within the discretion of the County. ONLY CISCO BRANDED EQUIPMENT bids will be accepted. The items contained in this bid are Cisco products and are identified by Cisco part numbers. Bids on alternate brands will not be accepted. Reseller/Vendor must certify that it is a CISCO authorized distributor or reseller as of the date of the submission of its bid, and that it has the certification/specialization level required by the manufacturer to support both the product sale and services, in accordance with CISCO certification/specialization requirements. Reseller/Vendor must be a Cisco gold partner in the state of Colorado, currently under the state contract, have a minimum of 2 CCIE level Cisco Engineers on staff, and have an office with a robust test environment or "network lab" that may be utilized by Weld County within 90 miles of Weld County's offices at 1401 North 17th Ave, Greeley, CO All quotes must be submitted using the same format provided in the embedded excel spreadsheet. All bid submission pricing must be honored for a minimum of 60 days to assure sufficient time is allocated to the Weld County purchasing process as it relates to bid awards. Scope of Work: The purpose of this bid is to procure appropriate hardware, licenses, and software to implement the identified Cisco switches. No professional services are requested. Note: No maintenance to be provided for any equipment listed in this bid. Necessary maintenance will be obtained separately at a later time post receival of the equipment.
