Hanes Park Phase 2 Improvements

The project consists of improvements to the Joe White Tennis Center building, restrooms & pavement /drainage, renovating the hard surface tennis courts and constructing a new park entrance off West End Blvd in the northeast end of the park. The area proposed in Phase II improvements are called out on the plans as Area #1, Area #2, Area #3, and Area #4. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Site work: clearing, erosion control, site grading, new asphalt paving, site steps, site walkways, site concrete. 2. Storm drainage 3. Tennis Court and other site lighting 4. Tennis Court Reconstruction (6 courts) 5. Pickle Ball Court Reconstruction (3 courts) 6. Fencing 7. Stone walls 8. Concrete walks 9. Site Utilities 10. Site Furniture 11. Landscaping (trees, shrubs, seeding, mulch) 12. Renovations to the Tennis Center building, including: a. New shingle roof. b. Painting. c. Interior walls. d. Doors. e. Epoxy floor. f. Mechanical. g. Electrical. h. Plumbing.
