| Description | No bid will be accepted by District after this time. Facsimile (FAX) copies of the bid will not be accepted. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any errors or corrections in a proposal or in the proposal process. The District will award the contract to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder based on a review and analysis of the bids submitted.
