Description | As of April 25, 2023, the project has been awarded. A timeline for construction has not been confirmed. The Project generally consists of installation of approximately 9,400 feet of new 8-inch and 10-inch HDPE drinking water pipeline located within Weber Meadowview Ranch. Also included is installing 78 feet of10-inch HDPE via Horizontal Directional Drilling under the Weber Canyon Road. The project also includes furnishing and installing fittings, valves, connection materials, water services, fire hydrants, and miscellaneous appurtenances. Also included is the construction of a new 150,000-gallon reinforced concrete tank along with all appurtenances and site piping. Bid security in the amount of 5 % (percent) of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bid Security will be returned to each unsuccessful Bidder after tabulation and award of the Construction Contract. Funding Agency Requirements: This is a federally funded project. The attention of Bidders is directed to the applicable federal and state requirements regarding conditions of employment to be observed. All bidders are required to comply with Executive Order No. 11246 regarding equal employment opportunities. All bidders are required to make the six good faith efforts to assure compliance with the States fair share goals and are required to comply with EEO regulations.
