The City of Loveland, through the office of the City Manager, will receive sealed bids for the Roadway Improvements to SR 48 & W Loveland Ave. Each BIDDER must deposit with their bid, security in the amount, form, and subject to the conditions provided in the INFORMATION FOR BIDDERS. The OWNER reserves the right to accept any bid, to reject any or all bids, and to waive any irregularities in any bid. No BIDDER may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
