The project involves the renovation of an existing metal culvert bridge including excavation and replacement of existing fill and roadway, installation of Rip Rap, and installation of concrete collar doweled into the existing foundation in the streambed.Clarification Deadline: 6/7/2022 4:00 PM Proposals shall be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the proposal. Proposals shall be effective for 90 days from the date of opening. The successful low bidder will be required to provide a 100% performance bond or certified check, a 100% payment bond or certified check, a worker's compensation affidavit, and a certificate of insurance naming West Vincent Township and LTL Consultants as additional insureds, all within 20 days after the contract is awarded.Anticipated NTP: Tuesday, July 5, 2022 West Vincent Township reserves the right to waive any non-material defects or irregularities in the bid, and to reject any or all bids or portions thereof.
