Licensed Journeyman Plumbing Services

The City of Sunrise requires the services of a licensed journeyman plumber, who has the personnel, training, experience, equipment and shop facilities to repair and install various types and sizes of equipment located throughout the City. These services will be required on an as needed basis. Pre-Bid Conference : N/A Deadline for Questions : Day/Date: Wednesday, December 14, 2022 Time: 12:00 p.m. (Noon) The initial contract period shall be for two (2) years, commencing on the date of award or the date this contract is executed by both parties, whichever is later. In addition, the City reserves the right to renew the contract for three (3) additional one (1) year periods, providing all terms conditions and specifications remain the same, both parties agree to the extension, and such extension is approved by the City, contingent upon budget approval.) The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any irregularity in bids received, to accept any item or group of items, unless qualified by the Bidder. The City reserves the right before recommending any award to inspect the Bidders' facilities or take any other action necessary to determine a Bidder's ability to perform in accordance with the specification, terms and conditions of the Invitation for Bid.
