| Description | The project will be constructed in Hines Hall on the campus of North Carolina A & T State University in Greensboro, North Carolina. The University intends to use rooms 101, 102, and 104 in Hines Hall for Kinesiology Labs. Project must be completed, punched, and invoiced by July 30, 2021. This is a hard deadline due to the area being utilized for Fall Semester course. Room 102 requires painting, flooring, and lifting of the ceiling. Based on our initial site visit, we feel that we may be able lift the ceiling approximately 12 inches. General Construction: 1. Removal of the existing ceiling in Room 102. 2. Removal of existing whiteboards. 3. Installation of new ceilings and soffit as required to maximize the ceiling height. 4. Prep, prime, and paint all walls and trim within Room 104 – 1 coat of primer and 2 coats of finish. 5. Prep surface to fill any holes and cosmetic caulking where required.. 6. Flooring - Removal of existing base, installation of University provided rubber flooring, and procurement and installation of new cove base. HVAC: 1. Offsetting the supply duct up as high as possible. 2. Removal and re-installation of existing diffusers in new ceiling grids. Electrical: 1. Raising existing light fixture to match new ceiling heights. 2. Raising existing fire alarm devices as required for new ceiling heights. Room 104 requires painting and flooring. General Construction: 1. Removal of existing shelving. 2. Prep, prime, and paint all walls and trim within Room 104 – 1 coat of primer and 2 coats of finish. 3. Prep surface to fill any holes and cosmetic caulking where required. 4. Flooring - Removal of existing base, installation of University provided turf flooring, and procurement. and installation of new cove base. Room 101 requires painting and flooring. General Construction: 1. Removal of existing whiteboards. 2. Prep, prime, and paint all walls and trim within Room 104 – 1 coat of primer and 2 coats of finish. 3. Prep surface to fill any holes and cosmetic caulking where required.. 4. Flooring - Removal of existing base, installation of University provided turf flooring, and procurement and installation of new cove base. |
