Clay County Attorney and Veteran Services Renovation

Project Scope: Project is located in Clay County, Iowa and consists of the renovation of the former Norwest Bank building will house the Clay County Attorneys Offices, Veteran Service offices, and an additional leasable space. The renovation consists of the following scope of work: o Complete interior renovation including reusing existing walls, new wall construction, new lay in tile ceilings o All new finishes including walls, flooring, ceilings o A new EPDM re-roof, additional insulation, additional parapets and roof flashings o All new exterior aluminum windows including replacing the existing windows o All new exterior fascias and replacement of the upper wall panels with new metal panels o HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical upgrades o New sanitary and water service into the building o Misc site improvements o Other related Work indicated in the Drawings and Specifications
