Golf Course Cart Path

For, Centennial Golf Course Cart Path Improvements per the specifications provided by the City of Oak Ridge, Recreation and Parks Department. The scope of work is set forth in the attached project specifications, project drawings, and sample contract. This project entails the provision of all labor, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, and other incidentals necessary to for the demolition, realignment, and construction to specific sections of the golf cart path at Tennessee Centennial Golft Course located at Tennessee Centennial Golft Course, 101 Centennial Boulevard, Oak Ridge, Tennessee 37830. A detailed description of the work is set forth in Attachment A, which includes a specific description of the required finished product and the materials to be used. Bidder understands that the City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any informality in the bidding.

Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Bases, Ballasts, and Paving, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Curbs, Gutters, Sidewalks, and Driveways, Fences and Gates, Irrigation, Planting Irrigation, Planting Preparation, Turf and Grasses, Plants, Planting Accessories.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Water Utilities, Sanitary Sewerage Utilities, Storm Utility Water Drains, Ponds and Reservoirs.
