Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as Request for Quotes (RFQ) 246-22-Q-0118r1. This procurement is 100% small Business set-aside under NAICS code 562998 with a size standard in millions of dollars $14.5. Contractor shall provide a firm, fixed-price to remove the vegetation and debris from a water retention pond, overlay the bottom with river rock and place a barrier between rock and earth to allow for herbicidal maintenance and ease of removing debris at El Reno Indian Health Center 1801 Parkview Dr. El Reno, Oklahoma 73036 in accordance with the Statement of Work. The period of performance for this requirement is 60 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. Site visit is scheduled for July 21, 2022 at 1:00 PM. Questions are due no later than July 25, 2022 5pm CST. The closing date for receipt of quotes is August 5, 2022 COB CST. The offer shall be received by email to jeffrey.earnest@ihs.gov or in a sealed envelope, addressed to this office, showing the solicitation number, your name and address, no later than 5:00 p.m. CST, on August 5, 2022. Quotes shall then be evaluated for technical acceptability beginning with the lowest priced quote 3. This process shall proceed until a technical acceptable quote is identified THE INDIAN HEALTH SERVICE SHALL NOT CONSIDER YOUR QUOTE FOR AWARD IF YOU FAIL TO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS IN THE STATEMENT OF WORK CONTRACT AWARD SHALL BE MADE TO THE RESPONSIBLE, RESPONSIVE OFFEROR OFFERING THE LOWEST REASONABLE PRICE AND MEETING ALL TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS. The technical evaluation shall be a determination based on information furnished by the vendor in the submitted proposals.
