Grounds Maintenance Re-Acquisition at Buckley AFB

Set Aside: HUBZone. The contractor shall provide non-personal services to include all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items and services necessary to provide grounds maintenance services at Buckley Air Force Base (AFB), Colorado in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), which is also an attachment to this notice and shall become a part of the resulting contract. The contractor shall comply with applicable federal, regional, state, and local laws and commercial standards, and must possess all required licenses to perform the services. Work will include, but not is limited to the following functional areas: (1) Maintain Improved Grounds; (2) Maintain Semi-Improved Grounds; (3) Maintain Un-Improved Grounds; (4) Maintain Vegetative Beds, Inert Beds and Related Areas; (5) Maintain Surface Drainage Ditches; and (6) Other Special Requirements (to include tree pruning/trimming, xeriscaping and urban forest services, special cuts, planting trees, shrubs, and vegetative beds, removal of shrubs and vegetative beds, and performing emergency and special event services). This requirement is subject to the Service Contract Labor Standards and will include the appropriate Department of Labor Wage Determinations.
