Description | In 2013, the City completed the preparation and approval of the Yuma North End - 4th Avenue & 16th Street Redevelopment Area Plan. A key element of the Redevelopment Plan calls for the City to undertake the expansion and facilitate the redevelopment of core properties to the 4th Avenue & 16th Street intersection area. Upgrading the infrastructure at this key intersection has been completed. The redevelopment site is located at the southeast corner of 15th Street and 4th Avenue, approximately 250' north of 16th Street. Traffic data indicates the Property is highly visible with an annual average daily traffic (AADT) count figure in excess of 19,000.
