Description

Snowmass Inn is a former lodge with associated amenities located on Daly Lane in the Town of Snowmass Village, recently purchased by the Town of Snowmass Village. The Inn has provided low-cost free -market lodging and, more recently, affordable short-term rental housing for seasonal and year-round workers. The Inn consists of 39 rooms and two apartments in two structures that are separated by a narrow walkway. It a lso includes considerable common space in the area that fronts on Daly Lane, which formerly housed the La Pinata restaurant and bar, and has a rambling basement that houses the mechanical and electrical systems and extensive storage.
