Construct Upper Floridan aquifer (Zone C) production wells and equip with permanent pumping equipment, 4.Construct Upper Floridan aquifer (Zone C) monitoring wells, 5.Construct surficial aquifer monitoring wells or gas monitoring wells, and 6.Provide well maintenance services as specified herein.
