Description

**As of November 10, 2022 , the project has not been awarded. A timeline for the award is not yet established.** Per the 2008 amendments to the Wicks Law, the Bidder shall include within the sealed bid envelope, another sealed envelope containing a list of plumbing, HVAC, and electrical contractors (as applicable) with which the Bidder will subcontract for this Project, including each subcontractor's name, trade, address, telephone number, and contract amount. It is the intention of the Project to be both environmentally and fiscally conscious of paper use and consumption. The Contract Documents may be downloaded from the Plan & Print Systems website for a non- refundable charge of $35.00. A compact disc (CD) of the bid documents may also be obtained from Plan & Print Systems, Inc., 6160 Eastern Avenue, Syracuse, New York 13211 (telephone 315- 437-5111, fax 315-463-1510) upon payment of a non-refundable $35.00 plus $15.00 for shipping and handling per CD. Checks shall be made payable to Plan & Print Systems, Inc. Upon returning sets to Plan & Print Systems, deposits will be refunded as follows: l. A Bidder who submits a bid will be refunded its deposit in full. 2. A Bidder who does not submit a bid will not be refunded its deposit. 3. Subcontractors, material suppliers, and others will be refunded their deposits in full. 4. Deposits will not be refunded for documents returned in unusable condition or after 30 days. 5. All Contract Documents (except for those held by successful Bidders) must be returned to Plan & Print Systems. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all Bids. The Bidder must deposit with its Bid, security in an amount and form subject to the conditions provided in the Contract Documents. Withdrawal of Bids will be subject to the conditions provided in the Supplementary Instructions to Bidders. Requests for interpretation, information or clarification (RFI) of the Contract Documents must be made in writing to King + King Architects. Responses to RFIs will not be made over the telephone. Responses to RFIs will be advisory only and will not modify the Contract Documents. The Contract Documents stand as published except as modified by written Addenda before bid and Modifications after execution of the Agreement.
