Work includes removal of existing Ceiling System, providing new walls, door & frame, suspended acoustical ceiling, painting walls in area, modifying fires suppression system, and proving new waterless fire suppression system for Server Room, providing new HVAC Diffusers and grilles. providing new lay-in LED lights and reinstallation of fire alarm devices and other work as shown on the drawings. Coordinate with flooring and movable office partition contractors.
