Description

he Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, devices, and materials, and perform all work required to provide a new heating plant in Building 101, at the Air Force Research Laboratory, Rome Research Site (RRS) Rome, NY. This acquisition includes but is not limited to these principal features: Convert existing loading dock into new Boiler Room Provide new heating terminals, pumps, controls and hot water distribution system. Provide power for new heating equipment. Remove existing steam distribution system. Provide boilers, venting and boiler controls. Make up air unit, and associated ductwork heat exchanger, piping, and pumps (alternate).
