The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. This project is to be bid as one (1) division of work. The Contract will be awarded to the responsible bidder producing the lowest total bid. The work can be generally described as the installation of a CMU Public Restroom of approximately 505 square feet, and approximately 660 square feet of sidewalk.
