Dolphin Street and Dolphin Court Utility Roadway Improvements

The Project consists of approximately 2550 L.F. of Roadway, Curbing, Utility, and concrete work. The Project limits are on Dolphin Street, from the intersection with Gano Ave, then north along Dolphin Street, west across Bellair Blvd to end of the Culdesac on Dolphin Court. The major work elements include, but are not limited to, the following: Base Bid: a. Replace existing 4 6-inch (4" 6") water main with new PVC water main. b. Replace existing water services and meters with new water services and meters. c. Replace existing fire hydrants with new fire hydrants. d. Abandoned in place existing 4 6-inch (4" 6") water main by grout filling. e. Pavement removal and reconstruction. f. Remove existing and construct new curb and gutter. g. Remove and replace residential concrete driveway aprons in ROW and designated sidewalks. h. Adjust existing manhole ring and cover to new proposed grade elevations. Alternate Additive Bid #1: a. Remove and replace 186 LF existing underdrain at STA 12+90 to STA 14+75 only. Alternate Additive Bid #2: a. Remove 186 LF of existing underdrain at STA 12+90 to STA 14+75 as shown on plan sheet C-32. b. Construct 4,321 LF of new 6-inch (6") underdrain as shown on plan sheets C25-C34.
