ESTIMATES OF MAJOR QUANTITIES - CONTRACT 1 5715 Cubic Yards Common Excavation 950 tons of 3/4" Base Aggregate Dense 750 Cubic Yards of Light Rip Rap (Ditch Armor) Traffic Control Incidental Items ESTIMATES OF MAJOR QUANTITIES - CONTRACT 2 3000 Cubic Yards Common Excavation 450 tons of 3/4" Base Aggregate Dense Incidental Items Proposal shall be accompanied by a Certified Check or a Bid Bond in the amount not less than 5% of the Base Bid payable to the Treasurer of the Town of Washburn as a guarantee that the bidder, if the bid is accepted, will execute and file the Contract. The Certified Check is returnable to the Bidder immediately after the signing of the Contract A Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100 percent of the total bid price, a Certificate of Insurance, together with an executed contract, will be required of the successful bidder. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids and accept the bid deemed most advantageous to the Town.
