Greenville County Redevelopment Authority to perform a leadbased paint (LBP) inspection throughout the interiors and exteriors of the single-family residence located at 7 Malone Street in Greenville, South Carolina. The residence is a singlestory structure built over a crawlspace foundation and has a pitched wooden sheathed roof. The residence is approximately 1,400 square feet (SF) and was built in approximately 1962 with renovations having occurred since the date original construction. The interior finishes primarily include drywall walls and ceilings, wooden paneled walls carpeted and roll vinyl floors, wooden crown molding, wooden and metal doors with wooden casings, jambs and door stops, vinyl windows and mini-blinds with wooden casings and sills, wooden cabinets and counter-tops and composite material bathroom sinks and wooden vanities. The exterior finishes primarily include factory finished vinyl siding. Vinyl and metal factory finishes covers the soffit, fascia, window casings, sills and lintels, door casings, jambs, lintels and thresholds, front stoop ceiling and roof trims. The doors are constructed of metal. A front stoop exists with wooden building components with a portion covered by factory finishes.
