| Description | Repairing and replacing existing stormwater system along Lyndon Drive. A section of the road will also be repaired/replaced. All work will be directed and verified by the engineer in the field. All quantities in the bid form are estimated with actual quantities to be determined during construction. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be based on a unit price basis as indicated on the Bid Form. Bid security will NOT be required to bid the project. Also, performance and payment bonds will NOT be required as a part of the agreement between the Contractor and Owner. If the Contract is to be awarded, Owner will award the Contract on the basis of the base bid alone. The owner reserves the right to waive any irregularities, or to reject any or all bids. stormwater system repairs and all associated roadway and curb and gutter work necessary to complete the stormwater repairs . |
