The Project includes the following Work: Improvements to the Village's water system including the replacement of water distribution mains, water service laterals, fire hydrants, and valves, as well as the replacement of the existing standpipe with a new elevated water storage tank. The Village/Town strongly encourages the participation of M/WBE and Section 3 businesses. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or defects in such bid either before or after opening.
