| Description | The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supplies, equipment and supervision to repaint the exterior surface of Building 100, the Fisher House, and Building 101, Fisher House storage, at the Tucson VA Medical Center. Contractor shall paint all exterior trim, fascia, soffits, decorative wood columns, porch ceilings, doors, metal gutters, pergola shade structures, railings, and all paintable surfaces of the exterior to include the hip walls at the pedestrian bridge on the northeast side of the Fisher House. All seals and joints shall be repaired and or replaced to provide a seal tight completion of the exterior coating system replacement. The building structures are located at 3601 South 6th Avenue, Tucson, AZ 85723. | ||
