All bids must include a Bid Guaranty, as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Prevailing wage rates apply. All bidders will be required to comply with the City Contract Compliance Program regarding equal employment opportunity. After submission and opening, no bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the opening; the City reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and conduct necessary investigations to determine bidder responsibility. All questions should be submitted in writing at least five (5) business days prior to the bid opening. This is 4/11/2023, 2:00 PM. The Owner reserves the right to issue Addenda changing, altering, or supplementing the Contract Documents prior to the time set for receiving bids. The Owner will issue the Addenda to clarify bidders' questions and/or to change, alter, or supplement the Contract Documents.
