Village Center Park Construction

The project consists of demolishing the buildings with general site address of 102 E Union St, Wisconsin. This includes demolition of asbestos and lead based paint containing material; demolishing approximately 7,000 square feet of the buildings, importing material and backfilling for the subgrade basement, disposal of commingled demolition debris properly, and provided services for utility abandonment. Surface improvements of approximately 4,800 square feet of fiber reinforced 4” concrete sidewalk and turf replacement of disturbed soil. Gravel material onsite will be reused as a parking lot for future use.
