Study and Design for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Land/Site Renovation, Repairs and Upgrades

1. Investigating the nature and severity of the problem. 2. Documenting existing conditions including reviewing and assessing existing documentation provided by STCC or DCAMM for completion and accuracy. 3. Recommending detailed renovations/repairs/upgrades and magnitude of cost for this work. Proposing alternate methods of work for resolution of the problem, including energy efficient alternatives. 4. Developing the preferred solution to schematic design and/or design development. 5. Preparing construction documents, cost estimates, and providing construction administration for the solution. 6. Providing archaeological services under this contract (as needed as an additional service). 7. Preparing Mass Historic submittals and closeout documents.
