Clearing of Snow and Ice From The Alleys, Parking Lots and Sidewalks at Select Locations

The City of North Chicago, 1850 Lewis Avenue, North Chicago, IL 60064, State of Illinois is accepting sealed bids for the clearing of snow and ice from the alleys, parking lots and sidewalks at select locations within the City, including but not limited to the North Chicago City Hall, Police Station Facility and the North Chicago Metra Station for the 2022/23 winter season (November 2022 - April 2023). Contract award is anticipated to be announced on October 17, 2022 at the City Council meeting. Bidders are required to hold their bids open for 45 days. Bid submittal details including a sample contract and insurance requirements will be provided in the Bid Packets. M/W/DBE contractors are encouraged to participate. Those desiring to bid may obtain copies of the specifications and other bidding documents from the North Chicago Public Works Department or North Chicago City Hall.
