Clancy & Theys is honored to announce the selection of its Florida Division for the construction of The Villages Charter K-8 School opening in the Fall of 2023. The Villages is the largest, single-site, residential real estate development in the United States, covering over 35,000 acres in three adjoining counties. Since opening in 2000, The Villages Charter School has helped attract and retain the best-of-the-best to support and serve their hometown community. To provide all employees with quality education for their children Located in beautiful Central Florida, the new K-8 school will be constructed to serve diverse ages in an environment inspired by a small Coastal Village. Designed by SchenkelShultz Architecture, the new school will feature a split campus for elementary and middle school learning. A centrally located courtyard will tie the campus together and provide students, staff, and visitors with a space that feels like home. Additional elements will include a state-of-the-art stadium, gymnasium, cafeteria, playground, and playfields. Clancy & Theys is proud to continue its legacy as a partner in education and assist in this dream to bring a special place for those who work and serve residents of The Villages.
