DCAMM Certification Required. The project consists of major renovations of apartments units including abatement of all surfaces and replacement of walls and finishes throughout. The first floor areas will be substantially reconfigured with new walls and finishes throughout. The work will be completed in phases both in the apartment areas as well as the first floor office and community spaces.
