Description | For District Wide Safe Drinking Water District 11 is seeking contractors to propose on project specific activities including replacing fixtures, renovations, and upgrades of drinking water fixtures throughout the district. Questions Due Date: Jan 16th 2023, 12:00 PM MST The designated period of performance will be March 27, 2023 through August 1, 2023. Substantial Completion.* Contractor must fully complete project by September 29, 2023. Also include a minimum of three references for similar K12 Colorado work your firm has performed in the past three to five years, including each project owner's contact name, email and phone number. The Contractor shall, without additional expense to the District, be responsible for obtaining any necessary licenses and permits (including City of Colorado Springs Drainage and Right of Way permits), and for complying with any Federal, State, and municipal laws, codes, and regulations, taxes applicable to the performance of the work. The Contractor shall perform all work in accordance with laws, ordinances, codes, etc., in force in the city, county, and state where the project is located. The Contractor shall pay all applicable taxes, including payroll taxes and all other expenses in connection with the performance of the work. Cost of these items will be included in the Contract price. Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond, if cost is over $150,000 (per C.R.S. 24-105-202). Contactor shall furnish a 100% Performance Bond and a 50% Labor and Materials Bond. |
