| Description | The City of Grand Forks plans to provide for contingent on-call snow removal assistance throughout the 2022-23 winter seasons in conjunction and cooperation with our current Public Works Department Street Division snow removal operation as deemed necessary. The length of the bid term will be from November 1, 2022 - April 30, 2023, to include availability for all Street Division shift schedules. If an addendum has been issued for this bid, an acknowledgement of the addendum must be clearly marked on the outside of the bid package next to the Bid Number The City of Grand Forks reserved the right to accept or reject any or all bids or part thereof, to accept one or more items of a bid without obligation as to other items, and to waive any informalities or irregularities. |
