Kirkwood High School (KHS) Security Office Renovations Project 2021

This project requires interested, qualified Contractors to submit bids to renovate existing interior spaces to become the new Security Office and the relocated Musical Instrument Storage Room. Components of the project include (but are not limited to) interior demolition, carpentry, doors, flooring, painting, HVAC, electrical, and access control improvements. Contractor will be required to provide management, supervision, services, labor, equipment, materials, tools, clerical and administrative support, necessary for a turnkey project in accordance with the requirements, specifications and recommendations of this bid package, product manufacturers, and all code authorities.

Middle/Senior High School, Renovation.

Division 02 -	Existing Conditions, Demolition, Selective Demolition, Selective Interior Demolition.
Division 06 -	Wood, Plastics, and Composites, Rough Carpentry, Finish Carpentry.
Division 07 -	Thermal and Moisture Protection, Dampproofing and Waterproofing, Thermal Protection.
Division 08 -	Openings, Doors and Frames, Windows.
Division 09 -	Finishes, Plaster and Gypsum Board, Ceilings, Flooring, Painting and Coating.
Division 21 -	Fire Suppression.
Division 22 -	Plumbing.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
