TRU-Heaton North Road Mill & Fill

This improvement shall consist of milling, resurfacing, and pavement markings of Heaton North Road as set forth in plans and estimates. Project length is approximately 7,753 feet (1.47 miles) beginning at SR 169 and ending at USR 422. Engineers Construction Cost Estimate $723,942.40. The Disadvantaged Business Enterprise goal for this project is 6%. A Contract Performance Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the estimated cost of the work conditioned, among other things that the Contractor will perform the work upon the terms proposed, within the time prescribed, in accordance with the plans and specifications. The Ohio Department of Transportation shall be a co-obligee on the bond. A separate Payment Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the estimated cost of the work conditioned for the payment by the Contractor and all Sub-contractors for labor performed and materials furnished in connection with the project involved. City of Niles reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any informalities in bidding.
