The County of Santa Clara (County) desires to retain the services of well-qualified Architectural and Engineering firm (Consultant) to provide professional Architectural and Engineering services to assess existing conditions, develop architectural/engineering recommendations, on-call consultation, building code analysis, feasibility studies, designs, cost estimates, and other support for various projects at St Louise Regional Hospital (SLRH). The specific projects range from evaluation of existing roof systems to complex repair and/or renovation projects, as well as new construction involving various architectural and engineering disciplines.
